If a prefab building is going on the slab, it needs to match the building's footprint and be square within a fraction of an inch. We check diagonals, set forms to exact dimensions and coordinate with your building supplier's specs.

Thickness and reinforcement

Slab thickness and reinforcement depend on the load. A garden shed pad is different from a shop slab that will hold a vehicle lift. We thicken edges where walls bear, add rebar where needed, and can place anchor bolts or hold-downs during the pour.

Permitted structures

Garages, ADUs and some larger accessory buildings in San Bernardino County require permits and engineered plans. We pour to your approved plans and work with your builder and inspection schedule.
